We have designed a three levels learning experience path to encourage our employees to learn, adquire and implement knowledge, skills and competencies which will lead our company to the next level of innovation and competitiveness to conquer markets and achieve our strategy.

Leaders To Be (LTB)

 

CONTEXT

stc Academy ́s mission is to accelerate and build the leadership pipeline to achieve stc ́s vision and strategy.stc is looking for a strong and experienced partner to assist in the design and implementation of three programs for its different levels of managers with a focus on Leadership and Business Management.The idea is to prepare the pre-section manager level to be ready for their next level (section managers) within the organization by accelerating their development and filling any gaps they might have.IE University proposes a program based on IE tested program “AdvancedManagement Program” - designed for business leaders for senior leaders looking to improve their leadership and strategy skills.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

  • ​Learn the foundations of key business skills to step into management positions

  • Develop the interpersonal skills to learn how to lead and influence

  • Review and improve key business skills such as strategy and finance

  • Apply skills in an environment of rapid change•Enhance capabilities to innovate within a department and organization•Provide networking opportunities between business units

  • Offer practical skills that can be implemented into the business

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The program combines three residential sessions totalling 15 days combined with a high impact online program focused on managerial financial skills and an extensive managerial essentials pre-program delivered as an online learning journey and developed specially for stc.Learning will take place using a mixture of workshops, case-studies, role-plays, debates and academic sessions designed to maintain engagement and achieve

3maximum results in a limited time. Check-ins between modules will focus on implementing learnings in the workplace and helping participants prepare for upcoming modules.The program incorporates elements of IE’s Advanced Management Program and participants will receive this title upon completion of the program and be considered alumni of IE Business School.

Developing Emerging Leaders(DEL)

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Our proposal combines three residential sessions totalling 12 1/2 days combined with a high impact online program focused on managerial financial skills.Learning will take place using a mixture of workshops, case-studies, role-plays, debates and academic sessions designed to maintain engagement and achieve maximum results in a limited time. Pre-class preparation and follow up work will be included in order to maximise learning outcomes.The program incorporates elements of IE’s Advanced Management Program

3and participants will receive this title upon completion of the program and be considered alumni of IE Business School.While incorporating allthe suggested topics we will specifically highlight soft skills and financial skills as being the most necessary for this group.In addition,we would like to propose a personal branding workshop which will help section managers distinguish themselves and manager their image in a way which will help them reach director level.

Effective Leaders (ELP)

  • Provide networking opportunities between business units

  • Offer practical skills that can be implemented into the business

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The ELP is designed for Directors and will focus on the strategic and leadership skills required not just for participant’s current positions but also to prepare them for General Manager rolesThe program will take place over 3 months with three residential periods held at the stc academy in Riyadh. Between residential periods participants will follow our High Impact Online Program which requires four hours dedication per week.Check-ins betweenmodules will focus on implementing learnings in the workplace and helping participants prepare for upcoming modules.The ELP will also feature group coaching and a leadership styles assessment.
